Is a deposit required before locking creators?

Yes. Once the proposal and priority creator list are agreed, IMVN confirms a deposit to hold creator schedules, prepare contracts and begin campaign coordination. The remainder is paid at agreed acceptance milestones.

Do we need a representative office in Thailand?

Not required. IMVN can run localization, creator contracts and campaign coordination on behalf of Vietnamese brands. For regulated categories, brands should prepare product dossiers, import documents, FDA/registration papers or related legal documents if there are claims, sampling or sales in the Thai market.
