Global teams often hold a master claim deck while each country has different evidence, wording and limits. Copying the regional claim directly into several languages can preserve brand consistency and still exceed local scope.

Start with controlled evidence, not campaign slogans

Every claim must trace back to a label, approved file, controlled technical document or other source confirmed by the accountable owner. A statement that exists only in a sales deck remains pending.

Give creators freedom inside a fence

Mandatory product information, qualifiers, warnings and prohibited wording stay fixed. Story, setting, pacing and personal context remain creative space. A creator asking whether a new phrase is covered should be treated as good governance, not friction.

Control comments and live content

  • Prepare approved answers for predictable questions.
  • Route individual medical questions to the official channel.
  • Provide real-time support for live formats.
  • Log new questions for the next matrix version.

Keep market and version visible

Use a matrix version, effective date and local owner. The creator brief must reference the same version. If a statement cannot map to a claim ID, it returns to marketing and the regulatory owner—it does not proceed to the creator.

The matrix belongs inside the regional-local approval workflow; speaker selection is covered in the senior-audience creator model.

A Claim Matrix creates an auditable language boundary; it does not itself guarantee compliance. Market-specific requirements still require qualified confirmation.
